best i have ever seen metallica.
We found a spot behind the "handicapped" section (handicapped because there were mostly able-bodied people sitting there, who some felt the need to stand up and block everyone's view when Bravo The Bagchaser took the stage.) The sound was much better there, though I heard that it was still echoey in the lower level seats as well but not the floor, except that Metallica's sound guys were miles better for the whole stadium. Metallica blew the roof off the place, and I am sure it being the only show they played this year didn't hurt either. Our seats were in 327, we stayed there for one song of volbeat because the echo was really bad. But we still felt about a mile away from the stage at the top of section 114. I am excited for them to return on their next tour. Also, I found it humorous that when they dropped all the black beach balls on the floor for the last song, about 90% of them disappeared because people took them instead of tossing them back into the air as was the intention. The guys still have it and brought it hard.
